The museum has the only permanent exhibition in Moravia dedicated to the most important native of Hodonín, the first Czechoslovak President, Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk. The basic theme of the exhibition is a journey through his life. There are also three short audiovisual programmes and a final film. Part of the exhibition is also devoted to the history of the town of Hodonín. The museum also organises various events in the building on Národní třída in the Europa hall.
