Uherské Hradiště Wine Trail
An easy, 45-km route from Uherské Hradiště through Ostrožská Nová Ves and Vlčnov to Uherské Hradiště. From Uherské Hradiště, take cycle path no. 47A by the Morava River. At the crossroads near Kostelany nad Moravou you can take a detour to the wine-growing village of Polešovice and then return to Kostelany. You will then reach Ostrožská Nová Ves, where you can find sulphur baths and gravel lakes. Then the road continues through Ostrožská Lhota and Hluk (where you can see its historic houses) towards Vlčnov. In Vlčnov, we recommend visiting the unique set of above-ground vineyard buildings, the Vlčnov Lodges, and the Museum of Folk Distilleries before continuing on to Popovice. You can stop here at the Potomák Museum of Folk Costumes. From Popovice, through Vésky and Sady, the trail turns again to Uherské Hradiště.
