On the occasion of starting the new web, we have chosen a few sights to help you decide where to go. Sorry if you have already been there. You can go wherever you fancy anyway. Those are only tips.

Beautiful sandstone rock formations. It’s close to the red marked trail. However, it’s not quite easy to find it. But if you get there, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. If you’re brave enough, you can climb it.

Dolní Věstonice is known for a series of highly significant ice age archaeological sites. These sites were used by mammoth hunters, and finds include the famous Venus of Dolní Věstonice. So it’s really worth a visit, isn’t it?

Everybody knows the oscillating monsters for mining oil spread around the town of Hodonín but not so many people have deeper knowledge of it. In the museum you’ll learn more.

The monastery is in the village of Hrubá Vrbka, the birthplace of St. Gorazd II. – the founder of the contemporary orthodox church of Bohemia and Moravia and a martyr executed for hiding parachutists who organized the Heydrich assassination.

Since the 15th century there was a big Jewish community, the most famous of which was probably rabbi Löw.

In the last few decades it used to be a popular holiday destination but it’s no true any longer. Anyway, the region of Moravské Kopanice is so charming. It’s worth walking along the trail – you’ll see hills and learn something too.
